OST Photonics SAW Grade Lithium Tantalate Wafers

OST Photonics offers a variety of sizes and thicknesses of SAW grade Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3) wafers, with wafer diameters ranging from 3 inches to 6 inches, the thickness can be customized according to your requirements (generally above 0.18 mm). The orientations can be X/Y/Z/X112Y/Y36/Y42/Y48 etc. SAW grade pyroelectric free black lithium tantalate wafers(LiTaO3 wafers) and Fe doped LiTaO3 are also available upon request.
