SAW Grade Lithium Tantalate Wafers

OST Photonics offer a variety of sizes and thicknesses of SAW grade Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3) wafers, with wafer diameters ranging from 3 inch to 6 inch, the thickness can be customized according to your requirements (generally above 0.18 mm). The orientations can be X/Y/Z/X112Y/Y36/Y42/Y48 etc. SAW grade pyroelectric free black LiTaO3 wafers and Fe doped LiTaO3 are also available upon request.
